Terms of service

Welcome to Think Week. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Participant”, “you” or “your”) and Think Week Ltd (“Think Week”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By booking or attending a Think Week program, you agree to the following:
1. Program Overview
Think Week is a curated experience designed to support rest, reflection, and reconnection with nature. Our programs include activities such as guided walks, wellness sessions, group discussions, and solo time for thinking and planning.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to participate. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are in good health, both physically and mentally, to engage in light to moderate activity in outdoor settings.
3. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Full payment is due 60 days before the start of your program.
Payments can be made online.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the start date: 300GBP refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellations made less than 21 days before the start date: No refund.
In the event of cancellation by Think Week (e.g., due to weather, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a new date.
5. Participant Conduct
We foster a safe and inclusive environment for all. We ask participants to:
Be respectful of others, staff, and the natural environment.
Refrain from discriminatory or disruptive behaviour.
Follow health & safety guidelines during activities.
Think Week reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.
6. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for managing their own wellbeing. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, health conditions, or accessibility needs. While our guides are trained to lead safely, participation in outdoor activities always carries a level of risk. You accept that risk by taking part.
7. Changes to the Program
Think Week may adjust the schedule, location, or content of a program due to weather, facilitator availability, or other factors. We’ll always aim to provide a meaningful and high-quality experience, even if adjustments are made.
8. Liability
Think Week is not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Injury or illness sustained during the program (unless due to negligence on our part)
Travel disruptions or accommodation outside the scope of the program
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance if needed.
9. Privacy
We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We may use photographs or feedback from the program for marketing purposes. You’ll be asked for consent before any identifiable content is shared publicly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, with formal legal action considered only if necessary.
